注文書に記載の納期は1月ではなく3月の間違いです。
注文書の社内手続きが既に完了していますので、再発行をするのではなく、この注文書で進めていただきたいです。
納期につきましては、出荷の準備が出来次第送っていただければ問題ありません。
また、それぞれの出荷分ごとに支払いをするので、2回に分けて請求していただいて大丈夫です。

Regarding the delivery time, we are fine that you would ship the items once you are ready to make shipment.
And we will make payment respectively for each delivery, so you can send the bill to us respectively twice.
