注文書に記載の納期は1月ではなく3月の間違いです。
注文書の社内手続きが既に完了していますので、再発行をするのではなく、この注文書で進めていただきたいです。
納期につきましては、出荷の準備が出来次第送っていただければ問題ありません。
また、それぞれの出荷分ごとに支払いをするので、2回に分けて請求していただいて大丈夫です。

As arrangement of the invoice in the company has already been completed, I ask you not to reissue it but proceed by using this invoice.

As for the delivery period, if you send it to me as soon as you prepare the shipment, it is fine.
As I will pay for each shipment, you can charge me twice.
