この度は商品未着の件でご迷惑をおかけしまして誠に申し訳ございません。

イタリア郵政に受取人様がお荷物の受領を希望されている旨連絡したところ、
「担当郵便局に交付の手配を依頼しました」との回答がございました。
しかしながら、お荷物の所在や問合せ先については回答がなかったため、
