この度は商品未着の件でご迷惑をおかけしまして誠に申し訳ございません。

イタリア郵政に受取人様がお荷物の受領を希望されている旨連絡したところ、
「担当郵便局に交付の手配を依頼しました」との回答がございました。
しかしながら、お荷物の所在や問合せ先については回答がなかったため、
現在、あらためて確認を行っております。
イタリアから次回回答がありしだいご連絡いたしますので、

We are very sorry for the undelivered package this time.

We've received the answer from Italian Postal Service and they said "We've ordered designated postal office to deliver".
However, there are no answer about where the package is how we can reach to inquire, so we are confirming about those again.
We'll update about them when we get the answer from Italy so please wait for that.
