当社からの配送時には商品検品を行っており、状態の無事を確認しました。
おそらく国際配送時にアウトソールが剥がれてしまった可能性があります。

今回、お客様からお申し出ていただいた提案のうち、修理費用として一部の金額を払い戻しすることとします。
金額については、JPY３０００円ほどをお戻ししようと考えております。
※こちらの金額にて修理が可能かと思います。
