第３条（保育サービスの内容）
１　当幼児園は児童福祉法、保育所保育指針、認可外保育施設指導監督基準に沿って、園児の発達に必要な保育サービスを提供します。
２　当幼児園が提供する保育サービスの内容は「当該年度のABCスクールガイドブック」の通りとします。

第４条（利用開始手続）
１　保護者は、当幼児園の利用開始前に、当幼児園が指定する必要書類を作成し、当幼児園長へ提出します。
