この会社は、発注金額が多い商品も既に支払ってきました。彼からの発注した商品が、キャンセルする事を恐れるのであれば、
今後の発注を控えた方が宜しいのでしょうか。私達は、御社の請求金額の半分ぐらいのデポジットを支払いました。
今回　発注した商品に関してメーカーと調整して頂けませんでしょうか。
今後は、オーダー受け入れた後からのデポジットの請求は、やめて下さい。デポジットがある商品は、発注したくないそうです。
心配なので、できるだけ発注を受理したと言う連絡を頂けませんでしょうか。

This company has made payment for the items whose amount of money of the order is large as well. If you fear that the item which they ordered would be cancelled, should we refrain from placing orders in the future? We already paid the deposit for about a half of the amount of money charged from you.
Can you please make adjustment with the manufacturer regarding the items which we ordered this time?
Please stop requesting to pay the deposit after you accept the order. They say that they do not want to place an order for the items for which they have to pay a deposit.
As I am concerned, can you please let me know your confirmation of your acceptance of the order as much as possible?
