しばらく出張に出ており、戻ってきて、商品の状態の確認をしたので、先日のご連絡となってしまいました。もちろん私も、３日以内の確認というのはわかっております。ここ３日ほど状態を確認しておりますが、やはり、片チャンネルより音が出ません。オーディオ修理屋にも連絡はしており、修理をします。先日の３６０ドルは駄目とのことですが、せめて、修理の際の点検基本料２００ドルはご返金いただけませんか？最低でも点検基本料２００ドルかかるとのことです。どうぞよろしくお願い致します。

I was on business trip for long time and checked the status of the item the other day when I just came back. That was the reason of my late contact. I do understand that I should have checked it within three days. For these three days, I have been checking the status, but one channel still does not emit sound. I contacted to an audio repair expert, and I am going to have it repaired. You refused to refund me $360, but can you please bear $200 which is the basic repair fee? The repair expert told me that it would cost at least $200. Kindly please consider my offer.
