現状は、NECとSAPは少し感情的になっているように見えます。これまで、多くの問題を解決して3年が経過し、Trialを無事終了し、グローバルな利用が決定しました。両社の信頼も強くなってきた所ですから、冷静に話し合えば、必ず解決の糸口が見つかるものと思います。

Currently, NEC and SAP appear to be slightly emotional. Three years have passed while resolving many problems and the global use has been determined as they completed the trial without any issued. Since their mutual trust has been tightened, I believe they can find a way to find their resolution for sure.
