退会をして新規で入り直す事で解決するなら、退会の方法を教えてください。
ポイントは無駄になるでしょうが、ずっと利用出来ないよりましかと思います。
電話での相談は遠慮致します。
先にも書きましたが、私は話すほどの語学力がありません。
今も英語に堪能な方々に協力して頂いております。
私と同じような状況の方は他にいらっしゃらないのでしょうか？
