前回発注分のROBOTで基板に異常がみられるのが25台あり、弊社の修理担当者によれば交換しないと直らないようなので添付された写真の基板を次回予備分も含め30個送っていただくことはできますか。

弊社には修理担当の者がいるので部品さえあれば小川TRADINGでやってもらわなくてもこちらで対応できます。
