宿泊期間についてご相談させていただきたく、ご連絡致しました。
まず、次回インドに戻る日程は2/17（金）となりましたので、2/17（金）深夜にチェックインさせてください。
（部屋は今までと違うところでも問題ありません）

次に日本に帰る日程が、3/11（土）に正式に決まりました。
従って、インボイスを2/17～1ヶ月でいただきたく存じます。

当初、受付でお話しさせていただいた滞在期間は、4/10、または3月下旬で予定している旨をお伝えしました。

I am sending this message to you because I would like to discuss the period for my stay with you.
At first, I will be back yo India next time on February 17th(Fri), so please let me check in late in the midnight on February 17th(Fri).
(The different room from the last one will do.)

Next, the date when I return to Japan has been officially decided to be March 11th(Sat).
So, please give me an invoice dated with one month from February 17th.

Regarding the period for my stay which I let you know at the receptionist, I let them know that it would be planned on April 10th or around the end of March.
