宿泊期間についてご相談させていただきたく、ご連絡致しました。
まず、次回インドに戻る日程は2/17（金）となりましたので、2/17（金）深夜にチェックインさせてください。
（部屋は今までと違うところでも問題ありません）

次に日本に帰る日程が、3/11（土）に正式に決まりました。
従って、インボイスを2/17～1ヶ月でいただきたく存じます。

当初、受付でお話しさせていただいた滞在期間は、4/10、または3月下旬で予定している旨をお伝えしました。

Firstly, the schedule for returning to India next time will be 2/17 (Friday), so please let me check in at midnight on 2/17 (Friday).
(Room does not have to be the same one from before.)

Secondly, the schedule for returning to Japan next time is officially set on 3/11 (Saturday).
Therefore, I would like to have the invoice for a month from 2/17.

Initially at your reception, I've told about the staying period would be around 4/10, or in late March.
