「Item specifics」の「Condition」には箱が付属すると記載されています。
もし、箱が付いていないのであれば、タイトルや説明に記載すべきだと思います。
こちらには、全く落ち度がないと思いますので、注文のキャンセルをお願いします。
もし、応じていただけない場合は、ebayに本件を報告します。
または、一度購入した後、Paypal経由で返品手続きを行います。
