ちょと古い去年のレシートのデータでしたので、確か送付前にスキャンした記憶があったのですが、なかか見つかりませんで、スキャンデータを探すのに時間かかっておりました、大変すいません。これで、1月前半分までの全てのコーポレートカードのレシートデータはお送りできたと思います。
来週はNYTF会議の対応もございますので、A氏のコーポ―レートカードを再度使用可能にしてください。
A氏には私の方から使用後のレシートは日を置かないで提出するように注意をしておきました。

As it was a little old data of the receipt issued last year, it took some time for me to find the scanned data despite that I remember that I scanned before sending it, I apologize for that. Now I think I could finish sending all of the data of the receipt of the corporate card up to the former half of January.
As Mr. A needs to cope with NYTF conference next week, please activate his corporate card again.
I warned Mr. A to submit all the receipt immediately once he uses the corporate card.
