返事が遅くなってしまい申し訳ございません。
　メッセージをした日に発送代行会社へ発送していたので
　安心しきってしまい、気づくのが遅くなってしまいました。

　荷物を発送代行会社に送る最中で、
　配送トラブルがあり遅延してしまったようです。

　明日中には必ず発送するので、
　そうしたらネガティブフィードバックを変更してもらえないでしょうか。
