返事が遅くなってしまい申し訳ございません。
　メッセージをした日に発送代行会社へ発送していたので
　安心しきってしまい、気づくのが遅くなってしまいました。

　荷物を発送代行会社に送る最中で、
　配送トラブルがあり遅延してしまったようです。

　明日中には必ず発送するので、
　そうしたらネガティブフィードバックを変更してもらえないでしょうか。

I've already sent it to a shipping agency on that day I messaged and
felt relieved too much, resulting to take time to notice.

It seems there was a trouble on the way
to send the package to the shipping agency, and it was delayed.
