返事が遅くなってしまい申し訳ございません。
　メッセージをした日に発送代行会社へ発送していたので
　安心しきってしまい、気づくのが遅くなってしまいました。

　荷物を発送代行会社に送る最中で、
　配送トラブルがあり遅延してしまったようです。

　明日中には必ず発送するので、

I am so sorry for the delayed reply.
I have shipped the item on the day I sent you the message, I thought I'm done. So I did not notice the trouble.

There was a trouble during the transport to the shipping company and it made it delay.

They will surely send it again tomorrow.
