As I am a Japanese and your mother tongue is English, I have a question for you. Would it be all right to omit the subject in a sentence in English? I would appreciate if I could get your feedback. Thanks.

Yes it's ok. however, perhaps given the formality of this message it would have been better to include "I am" like you did.
