①290001及び290002のベースにつきましては、

ご提案いただきました、組み立て式でお願いいたします。

②290008（SH-SWCH-85）につきましては、弊社品質基準に満たないため、

生産を中止してください。



原因

※1　床面と水平になっておらず、座った際にぐらつく。

※2　アイアン部分の溶接がとれている箇所がある。

③上記、生産を中止した分、下記追加オーダーいたします。

(1) Regarding the base of 290001 and 290002, please use the way of assembling which you offered.

Please refer to the picture below.↓

(2) As for 290008(SH-SWCH-85), please stop producing it because the quality does not satisfy our quality criteria.

The cause

※1 As it is not in parallel with the ground, it wobbles when seated.

※2 The weld come off in some parts.

(3) We will place an additional order for the amount that we asked you to stop producing.
