本日現在の東京本社からのＮＹ会議への参加者のリストです。
各人の宿泊予約などはすでに、日本で行っているため、おそらく不要だと思われますが、
念の為現在彼らの滞在日程と共に確認中ですので、いましばらくお待ちください。
一応確認ですが、
私のホテルは既に予約済み、ＮＹまでの往復飛行機チケットはＥｇｅｎｃｉａで取得すればいいんですよね？

Here's a current updated list of attendees from Tokyo headquarter to the conference in NY for today.
For accommodation reservations, we have been dealing with it in Japan and we do not need to bother you. However, please wait for a moment as we are checking their itineraries just in case.
Just for checking - my hotel has been already reserved, and shall I reserve my flight tickets to NY with the Egencia?
