私は日本からの購入者です。1月13日に一種類のバックを二つ、二回に分けて購入しました。

しかし、いつ発送されるのか。どれくらいで届くのかの連絡がまったくありません。

購入時にメールアドレスは登録しました。

１回目のオーダーナンバーは見当たりませんが、２回目のオーダーナンバーは#0000000です。

I purchased the bags from Japan. I purchased two of one type of bag one by one on January 13th.
However, I haven’t heard anything from you as to when they will be sent out and how long it will take for them to get here.
I registered my email address when I made the purchase.
I do not have the order number for the first bag but the second bang has #0000000 as order number.
