この度はご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ございません。
私はこの商品をアメリカで複数の販売実績があります。
しかし今回のような取扱説明書への指摘はありませんでした。
コンディションノートにJapan Import!と記載していたので問題ないと思っていました。
私の説明不足でした。申し訳ございませんでした。今回は迷惑料として商品代金の半額を返金したいと思っています。

I am sorry for having caused you a lot of trouble.
I have several sales records of this item in US.
However, I have never been pointed out about the instruction document like this time.
I had thought it was fine because I had described "Japan Import" in the condition note.
My explanation was not enough. I am very sorry about that. I would like to issue a refund for the half amount of money of the item price as a token of my apology.
