1.私のお店は荷物に対して、追跡番号を付けていませんでした。
2日以内に出荷したのですが、製品が届いていないお客様がいて、
荷物を追跡することが出来ず、製品の紛失、遅れが生じてしまいました。

2.イタリアの郵便業者が年末年始の休暇のため、記載されている予定到着日より
大幅に製品到着が遅れてしまったこと。

全てのオーダーに対し、追跡番号を付けます。
追跡番号がある事により、お客様が安心し、明確な到着日時が分かるようにします。
追跡番号がある事により、イタリアの郵便局の紛失を防ぎます。

It was shipped within 2 days, but there was a customer who did not receive the item. We could not trace the item and caused for missing product and delay.

2. As the Italian post officers are in the year end and beginning holidays, it made a big delay than written schedule.
