価格の件はわかりました。
あなたの提示価格は他と比べ安いかと思いますが、色々と考えた結果今回はお断わりさせていただきます。
値引きを提案した理由は前回購入したときより為替が10円ほど違っていたため
複数購入することで同じ価格になればと考えていました。

今回は見送らせいただきますが、また機会があればよろしくお願いします。

I understand the matter of price.
I guess your offering price might be cheaper than others,
but I want to refuse it after thinking a lot.
Reason why I proposed discount was due to difference of exchange rate nearly 10 JPY,
comparing to previous time which I purchased it.
And I hoped it would be better to be same price if I purchase several pieces.

I refuse this time, but I would like to keep in touch for another opportunity.
