W01は必要ないです。

先日購入したcableをET9とコントローラーに繋げても
使用出来ないと顧客からクレームが来ました。
弊社在庫のET9でも確認しましたがコントローラーの電源が入りません。
さらに弊社在庫のpower cableも同じ状況であることが判明しました。
cableとET9の相性がわるいのでしょうか？以前は問題なかったです。
そちらでも試して下さい。
確認の際に発見したのですが、弊社在庫のコントローラーのRのランプが点灯しません。
初期不良です。無料で1つ送って欲しいです。

Claims came from the customer that it could not be used even if connecting the cable purchased the other day to ET9 and controller.
We confirmed with ET9 of our stock, but the controller does not turn on.
Is there a bad compatibility between the cable and ET9? There was no problem before.
Would you try it there too?
