W01は必要ないです。

先日購入したcableをET9とコントローラーに繋げても
使用出来ないと顧客からクレームが来ました。
弊社在庫のET9でも確認しましたがコントローラーの電源が入りません。
さらに弊社在庫のpower cableも同じ状況であることが判明しました。
cableとET9の相性がわるいのでしょうか？以前は問題なかったです。
そちらでも試して下さい。
確認の際に発見したのですが、弊社在庫のコントローラーのRのランプが点灯しません。
初期不良です。無料で1つ送って欲しいです。

I do not need W01.

I received a complaint from a customer that he or she could not use although
he or she connected the cable purchased a few days ago and ET9&controller.
I checked by ET9 of our inventory, but could not turn on power of the controller.
It also turned out that power cable of our inventory is in the same condition.
Is chemistry of cable and ET9 bad? It had not had a problem before.
Would you check it by yourself?
I found when I checked it that lamp of R of controller of our inventory does not turn on.
It must be an initial defect. I need you to send 1 piece at free of charge.
