こんにちは、Punch&Judy marketの藤原と申します。
ご注文頂いていた商品なのですが、
発送の準備をしていたら棚が倒れる事故がおきました。
幸いスタッフに怪我はありませんでしたが
ご注文いただいた商品が壊れてしまいました。

同じ商品を手に入れるためスタッフと探しましたが何処も品切れで見つかりません。
よって商品をすぐに届ける事ができなくなりました。
本当に申し訳ございません。
現在、この商品が何時手に入るか全く予想ができませんが
待っていただく事は可能でしょうか？

Regarding the item which you bought, we had an accident that the shelves fell over when we were arranging the shipment.
Fortunately no staff members got injured, but the item you ordered got broken.

We tried to find the same item to get it with our staff members, but the item is out of stock in every supplier.
Therefore we cannot deliver the item to you soon.
I am very sorry about that.
Currently we cannot expect when we can obtain this item at all, but would it be possible for you to wait for it patiently?
