こんにちは、Punch&Judy marketの藤原と申します。
ご注文頂いていた商品なのですが、
発送の準備をしていたら棚が倒れる事故がおきました。
幸いスタッフに怪我はありませんでしたが
ご注文いただいた商品が壊れてしまいました。

同じ商品を手に入れるためスタッフと探しましたが何処も品切れで見つかりません。
よって商品をすぐに届ける事ができなくなりました。
本当に申し訳ございません。
現在、この商品が何時手に入るか全く予想ができませんが
待っていただく事は可能でしょうか？

As for the product you have ordered, there was an accident of the shelves falling down during the preparing for shipping.
Fortunately, there was no casualty though, the item was damaged.

We, I and our staff looked for one, but there was no where we could find it.
Therefore we cannot ship the item right now.
I am really sorry.
Is it possible to be waited?
