UPSが本日４日から営業のためまだ発送しておりません。近日中に発送の予定です。
UPSのラベルを利用する場合、関税の還付ができません。購入先に支払って頂けるか相談して下さいとの説明がUPSからありました。関税が32ユーロかかりました。払って頂けますでしょうか？

As UPS is opened from today, the 4th, I have not shipped the item yet. I will ship it in a few days.
In case we use the label of UPS, we cannot reimburse the custom duties. UPS told us to confirm with the buyer whether the buyer can make payment or not. 32 Euro was charged as the custom duties. Can you please make payment for it?
