・新ガイドラインで申請をしますか？それとも旧ガイドラインですか？
・新ガイドラインの場合、アメリカと日本のどちらの承認を先に取りますか？
・新ガイドラインに必要な書類はどれくらいで準備できますか？（数週間程度で準備できますか？）

私たちの提案
・新ガイドラインの準備に時間がかかるのであれば、最初に旧ガイドラインで承認を得て、そのあとに新ガイドラインで申請する。（手数料は2回分必要）

- Do you apply following the new guideline, or the old guideline?
- In case you follow the new guideline, which approval do you get first, American or Japanese?
- How long would it take for you to prepare for the necessary documents for the new guideline? (Would it take up to a few weeks?)

Our proposal.
- If it would take a long time to prepare for the new guide line, you would get the approval following the old guideline and next you apply following the new guideline after that. (You need to pay for the commission fee twice.)
