私は今日、amazonから知的財産権の警告を受けた。
貴方の依頼人の知的財産権を私は侵害していた。
大変申し訳ありません。
しかし私はこの違反の内容がわからない。
なぜならメーカーが複数に渡って、商品の種類も二つに渡っているからです。
警告を受けた商品のメーカーはOSK、つぶまる麦茶、西出製茶場、日薬壮健の４つです。
商品の種類は麦茶と緑茶の二つです。

貴方の依頼人の持っている知的財産権はメーカーに由来するものですか？
それとも、「麦茶」「緑茶」の商品カテゴリに由来するものですか？

I received a warning regarding the infringement of the intellectual property.
I infringed the intellectual property of your client.
I am very sorry about that.
However, I cannot understand the details of this infringement.
This is because the concerned manufacturers are two, and the items can be categorized into two.
The manufacturers of the items which relate with the warning are four, which are OSK, Tsubumaru Mugicha, Nishide Seichajo and Nichiyaku Soken.
The categories of the items are the barley tea and the green tea.

Does the intellectual property of your client come from the ,manufacturer?
Or, does it come from the categories of the item, "barley tea" and "green tea"?
