私は今日、amazonから知的財産権の警告を受けた。
貴方の依頼人の知的財産権を私は侵害していた。
大変申し訳ありません。
しかし私はこの違反の内容がわからない。
なぜならメーカーが複数に渡って、商品の種類も二つに渡っているからです。
警告を受けた商品のメーカーはOSK、つぶまる麦茶、西出製茶場、日薬壮健の４つです。
商品の種類は麦茶と緑茶の二つです。

貴方の依頼人の持っている知的財産権はメーカーに由来するものですか？
それとも、「麦茶」「緑茶」の商品カテゴリに由来するものですか？

I received a warning of intellectual property right from Amazon today.
I have violated the intellectual property right of a person who requested at your side.
I deeply apologize to you.
But I do not understand this violation well.
The reason is that there are several manufacturers and 2 types of item.
The manufacturers about whose item I received the warning are OSK, Tsubumaru-Mugicha, Nishide-Seichaba and Nichiyaku-Soken.
The types of the item are mugicha and green tea.

Is the intellectual property right that the person who requested at your side derived from the manufacturer?
Or is it derived from category of the item "mugicha" and "green tea"?
