この度の座面の傾きの不良に関して、インフィニティ社からの改善策・ご意見を頂戴できればと思っておりますので何卒宜しくお願い致します。

傾きの問題が解決されれば、もっと大量のオーダーがかけれる商品だと思っております。
期待しております。

※1座面が傾いています。必ず座面を最大に上げた状態で水平になっているか確認お願い致します。

※2ボルトが斜めに挿入されてしまってます。座面の傾きの原因ですので必ず垂直に挿入するよう製作してください。

※1 The seat surface is tilted, Please make sure the surface keeps horizontal after the seat surface is lifted to the maximum.

※2 The bolt has been inserted at an angle. As it causes the tilt of the seat surface, please make sure to insert it vertically when you produce the chair.
