12月13日に発送は完了しています。トラッキングナンバーを確認したところ14日に東京からチリに向けて発送になっていますがその後アップデートされていません。郵便局に調査依頼を出しましたが1ヶ月ほどかかるという事です。結果が出たら連絡します。もしその間にあなたが商品を受け取ったら私に連絡して下さい。お待たせしてしまってすみません。
