私はバイヤー様にその旨も連絡しましたが
連絡をもらってないと主張されております。
オーストラリアで商品が止まったのも
こちらに非があると主張されていますが
これもpaypalの住所に送っています。
伝票を確認すればわかります。
そして、こちらの商品情報と違うと主張されていますが
その部分は当店は記載しておりません。

それに関税代などの返金をしろっと言っています。
これは明らかにebayのポリシーに反します。

商品を返送してくれれば
返金に応じますが
あまりにも事実と異なるので困っています。

I told about that to the buyer but the buyer said he has not received any contacts.
He says the reason the item has been suspended in Australia is our fault but we sent it to Paypal's address.
It is obvious if I check the receipt.
Also he says the information about the product is different but we didn't mention about that.
In addition he ask the refund for tariff. This is clearly against ebay policy.

I will accept refund if he returns the product but his claim is too different from the fact so I confuse.
