Dear mints_house_japan, I would like to formally request a refund. The events surrounding this purchase were nothing short of a nightmare before my international flight to Japan. I have mentioned this previously but I will detail the happenings below. This happened due to your incorrect estimations of delivery time, therefore I will be requesting a refund of the payment I had to make to ensure I would receive the item. Firstly, I was told the expected delivery for the item was between Tuesday 1st November to Wednesday 9th November 2016. This was part of the reason I purchased the item as I had an international flight on the 21st of November 2016 and assumed the item would be delivered within this timeframe.

正式に返金を要請いたします。今回の購入を取り巻く出来事はまさに私の国際線による日本への旅行を前にした悪夢以外の何物でもありませんでした。以前も同じことを申し上げましたがいかに出来事の詳細を説明します。事の発端はそちらの配送所要時間の見積もりを誤ったことですので、こちらで商品を確実に受け取れるよう返金を申し入れます。最初に、商品の配送時間について2016年11月1日から11月9日までの間と聞いていました。2016年11月21日に国際線に乗る予定があったため、それが商品の購入を決めた理由の一つとなり、この期間内に商品が配達されるものと考えていたのです。
