該当の製品のページには

This bladed product is not for sale to people under the age of 18. A signature will be required on delivery

と表示されておりましたので、私たちは配達時にお客様が18才以上である署名をすれば受け取れると認識しておりました。

これは私たちの認識が間違いだったのですね？

On the page regarding the product

Since it says, "This bladed product is not for sale to people under the age of 18. A signature will be required on deliver." We understood that as long as a person who receives the item is over 18 shouldn't be a problem.
