アイテムナンバー～～に関して、eBay外取引への誘導が原因と伺っております。

前回、ebay外取引きへの誘導の警告をもらった時から、スタッフ一同特に注意しておりました。

しかし今回のケースでは、お客様から分割払いの強い要望があったために、Paypalでの直接取引きをさせて頂きました。

このこともebayの規約やポリシーに違反していたのであれば、最優先で改善し、もう二度と行わないと誓います。
