現在、ＮＥＣキャピタルとＮＥＣ持株の間でアジェンダについて協議している所で、出来次第我々に提出してくることと思います。

但し、彼らも、そのアジェンダに対して、ＳＡＰから何らかの書式で回答することを期待しているようです。
料金に関しては、トムさんが来日するこの機会に、一定の方向性を打ち出すことが必要だと、私は思います。
それがないままに進むと、全国展開自体が大幅に遅れます。

NEC Capital and NEC holding company are discussing agenda.
They will submit it to us as soon as they decide it.

However, they are also expecting SAP to answer in some form for the agenda.
