荷受人は一切連絡が行かないようにＤＨＬに依頼して頂けますでしょうか。
現在荷受人として弊社で米国法人を設立中ですが、設立が来月上旬となってしまうため、今回一切の面倒な連絡がいかないことを条件に知人に代理の荷受人を依頼しています。

具体的には以下の対応をお願いいたします。
DHLより発送人からの依頼があれば、以下の対応が可能であることは回答頂きました。
・関税は必ずアカウント払い（荷受人に請求がいかないこと）
・通関時の問い合わせが等の連絡先は御社とする（荷受人は連絡がいかないこと）

Currently we are establishing a US subsidiary as a consignee, but the establishment will be early next month, so we are requesting an acquaintance to be the consignee with the condition that no complicated contacts will be made.

Specifically, we would like for you to follow the below process.
If there was a request from DHL to the shipper, we have been told that the following correspondence can be taken.
· Customs duty will be paid via an account (The bill will not be sent to the consignee).
· Contacts such as inquiries from customs clearance will be made to your company (consignee will not be contacted).
