荷受人は一切連絡が行かないようにＤＨＬに依頼して頂けますでしょうか。
現在荷受人として弊社で米国法人を設立中ですが、設立が来月上旬となってしまうため、今回一切の面倒な連絡がいかないことを条件に知人に代理の荷受人を依頼しています。

具体的には以下の対応をお願いいたします。
DHLより発送人からの依頼があれば、以下の対応が可能であることは回答頂きました。
・関税は必ずアカウント払い（荷受人に請求がいかないこと）
・通関時の問い合わせが等の連絡先は御社とする（荷受人は連絡がいかないこと）

Can you send by DHL as consignee never get contact?
Now corporation in the US is under being founded but it will be done in early next month. So I asked representative to be consignee as no contact will be going to him.

Please do that below.
I confirmed with DHL that if shipper requests they can do below.
Tariff must be paid to account(Invoice never goes to consignee)
Contact when passing customs to our company(Contact never goes to consignee)
