I bought three products, but one of them was unsatisfactory. Hence, I hope for refund for this product. I know that I must send back the product in order to qualify for a refund. However, I live in Japan. I am unable to bear the cost of sending the product back to America from Japan. Also, the procedures for sending back the product are troublesome. So I will like to discuss with you. For the unsatisfactory product (which cost $○ dollars), could I return a partial refund of $△ as I deduct the international shipping fee ($8) from it? If you reject this offer, then please refund me the entire amount of $○ when I return the product.
