トムとの会議について、私は、ＮＥＣの山田氏及びＩＢＭの佐藤氏と、次の通り調整を取りました。

１．トムとの会議は、11月8日（火）に実施したい。
なお、当日のトムの予定を、出来るだけ早く教えてほしい。それにより、具体的な会議の時間をＮＥＣから連絡をする。
２．私の助言に従い、会議には、ＮＥＣ、及び、ＩＢＭの両者が、一緒に参加する。ＮＥＣから、山田氏、加藤氏、ＩＢＭからは、佐藤氏が、参加予定者である。但し、今後、変更もあり得る。
実行力のあるメンバーで、この会議を行いたいと思う。

Regarding the meeting with Tom, I coordinated it with Mr. Yamada of NEC and Mr. Sato of IBM as follows:

1. We would like to have the meeting on Tuesday, November 8.
So, I would like to know of Tom's schedule as soon as possible. And then, the specific time schedule of the meeting will be informed from NEC.
2. According as my suggestion, NEC and IBM will attend the meeting together. Mr. Yamada and Mr. Kato of NEC and Mr. Sato of IBM will participate on the meeting. However, there is a possibility to change the attendances.
I would like to have the meeting with persons of action.
