トムとの会議について、私は、ＮＥＣの山田氏及びＩＢＭの佐藤氏と、次の通り調整を取りました。

１．トムとの会議は、11月8日（火）に実施したい。
なお、当日のトムの予定を、出来るだけ早く教えてほしい。それにより、具体的な会議の時間をＮＥＣから連絡をする。
２．私の助言に従い、会議には、ＮＥＣ、及び、ＩＢＭの両者が、一緒に参加する。ＮＥＣから、山田氏、加藤氏、ＩＢＭからは、佐藤氏が、参加予定者である。但し、今後、変更もあり得る。
実行力のあるメンバーで、この会議を行いたいと思う。

The meeting with Tom, I've arranged it with Mr.Yamada from NEC and Mr.Sato form IBM.

Here's a summery about this meeting:
1. We'd like to hold the meeting in November 8th, Tue.
Concerning that, please tell me about Tom's schedule that day ASAP.
After Considering Tom's schedule there will be fixed date announced from NEC.

2. As I recommended, both NEC and IBM will be there in the meeting.
Participants are: Mr.Yamada and Mr.Kato from NEC , and Mr.Sato from IBM. However there can be some changes about the participants.
I'd like to do this meeting with someone who has real ability.
