2016年度上半期の総務部のIT関連経費の削減実績報告
前年上半期対比で、
1.ネットワーク通信回線費、サービスの見直しにより、32万円削減。
2.Web会議費、Skype for Businessに変更することにより、53万円削減。
3.ログ監視ツール費、 SkySEAから他のツールに変更することにより、17万円削減。
4.クラウドサービス月額利用料の支払い代行手数料、値下げ交渉をして10万円削減。
合計112万円の削減。
2016年度下半期も、IT関連経費の削減に努めてまいります。

Performance Report on the reduction of IT related expenses of the general administrative department for the first half of the fiscal year of 2016
1. 320,000 yen reduced from review of network transmission connection costs and services.
2. 530,000 yen reduced from changing web conferences to Skype for Business
3. 170,000 yen reduced from log monitoring tool costs, using other tools instead of SkySEA
4. 100,000 yen reduced from negotiating a reduction of the payment agent commission fee for cloud services monthly charges.
A total of 1.12 million yen reduced.
We are working hard to reduce IT related costs for the latter half of 2016 as well.
