2016年度上半期の総務部のIT関連経費の削減実績報告
前年上半期対比で、
1.ネットワーク通信回線費、サービスの見直しにより、32万円削減。
2.Web会議費、Skype for Businessに変更することにより、53万円削減。
3.ログ監視ツール費、 SkySEAから他のツールに変更することにより、17万円削減。
4.クラウドサービス月額利用料の支払い代行手数料、値下げ交渉をして10万円削減。
合計112万円の削減。
2016年度下半期も、IT関連経費の削減に努めてまいります。

Report of reducing the expense in respect with IT in General Affairs Department in the first half of 2016
In comparison with first half of the previous year

1. By reviewing expense of circuit for network communication and service, 320,000 Yen was reduced.
2. By changing expense of web conference to Skype for business, 530,000 Yen was reduced.
3. By changing expense of tool for auditing log and SkySEA to other tool, 170,000 Yen was reduced.
4. By negotiating reduction of fee for substituting payment of the monthly fee for crowd service, 100,000 Yen was reduced.
In total, 1,120,000 Yen was reduced.
We will also make an effort to reduce expense in respect with IT in the latter half of 2016.
