お買上げの商品は郵便局に届けました。

お客さんの国はドイツだと知り、２つお願いがあります。

ドイツのアイテム検査（税関）はとても仕事が遅く１０日ぐらい待たされる時もある。

郵便局員がストライキなどで仕事をしない。

私は去年　沢山ドイツに発送したがドイツでストライキの為Webで追跡も出来なくなり。
バイヤーさんから　たくさんの苦情を受けた　これだけは免責して欲しい

Hello, I am Motonari a seller from Japan.
The articles purchased arrived to the post office.
The client's country is Germany an there are two favors I'd like to ask.
The germany items evaluation(customs) will be a lot of work so it will take around 10 days to make it.
The postal worker does not do work with Strike.
Last year I shipped a lot to Germany but I couldn't track it from the Germany's Strike Web.
I received a lot of complains from Bai so regarding this matter I would like some immunity.
Please give me feedback when you receive the item.
