トラッキングを見ると１０月１９日に"Final delivery"となっています。

郵便局と当社が利用している発送代行会社に調査依頼を出しますが、過去の経験上郵便局からの回答を得るには２週間以上の期間が必要です。

とにかく全額返金させていただきます。
もし商品が見つかりましたらお届けするように努力します。

この度はご期待に添えることができず誠に申し訳ございません。
