備考: トラッキングでは配達完了になっているのにお客様は商品を受け取っていない、というクレームへの返信です。

トラッキングを見ると１０月１９日に"Final delivery"となっています。

郵便局と当社が利用している発送代行会社に調査依頼を出しますが、過去の経験上郵便局からの回答を得るには２週間以上の期間が必要です。

とにかく全額返金させていただきます。
もし商品が見つかりましたらお届けするように努力します。

この度はご期待に添えることができず誠に申し訳ございません。

I am truly sorry for keeping you wait so long and for turning this result out like this.

The tracking says "Final delivery" on October 19th.
I will make an investigate request to the shipping agent which we and the post office use, but in my experience, it takes more than 2 weeks to get the result from the post office.

Anyways, I will refund you all.
I will.be committed to doing our best to deliver it if I find it.
